All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to
be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-10 business days from
the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it; if you need to change delivery
information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not
be able to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After that, delivery time
will vary depending on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may be delayed to
ensure maximum safety. Below are the estimated delivery times by country:
